This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find places to eat on my first stay, and they quickly fixed issues during my stay. I’m coming back for a xmas.

Super comfy stay

I had a nice time here! The bed was super comfy, and I loved that the TV was smart and easy to connect to. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was great. Only bummer was the $18 parking fee. Breakfast was the usual, but not bad at all!

i had a lovely stay at holiday inn express. the bed was fabulously comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. there was also a fridge and microwave in the room, which i appreciated. the late check-out was a lifesaver, a very kind manager helped me out with that. the hotel has a nice indoor pool, too!

can recommend

Enjoyed clean, comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff, but dealt with a broken elevator and a moldy bathroom. The parking fee is frustrating, and the pool at the nearby hotel was too cold for the kids. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The check-in was a circus, with hefty unexplained deposits making my wallet cry. Add moldy walls and broken amenities to the mix, and I’d say it was rougher than a Pittsburgh winter.

Couple's Disappointing Experience

The staff was friendly and accommodating even with the problems we encountered. The water pressure in the shower was superb, and we did enjoy the large, comfy blankets, very cozy.
